To report a stray animal or an abused/neglected animal, please contact the Early Police Department at 325-646-5322.
The City of Early can investigate and pick up stray animals during hours in which the Corine T. Smith Animal Center is open. Any animal picked up by the City of Early will be dropped off at the Corine T. Smith Animal Center.
