For your convenience we have multiple options for you to pay your water bill:
- In person at City Hall with cash, check or credit/debit card. A drop box is available for after-hours payments.
- By mail to PO Box 3100, Early, TX 76803 with check or money order.
- Online with a credit/debit card. Simply click HERE to pay online or click the "Online Bill Pay" button on the homepage of the website. Auto-draft with your debit card is also available in your online account! Simply save your debit or credit card information, choose a payment date, and enjoy the flexibility to turn auto-pay on or off anytime.
- Monthly draft from your bank account. Please come by City Hall to obtain a form to set up and authorize this type of payment.
- By phone you can call City Hall Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM at 325-643-5451 or through a 24/7 interactive voice response at 1-(833)-946-3510. The interactive voice response gives a texting option as well.
