The Early Parks and Recreation Department is committed to maintaining Early parks and park facilities to the most high standards. We strive to maintain the highest quality baseball fields, basketball courts, walking paths and playground equipment. A clean, well maintained and safe parks system is our goal and highest priority.

The Parks and Recreation Department's responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining restroom and concession facilities
- Maintaining ballpark grounds, stands and dugouts
- Maintaining park grounds
