To report a tip, please contact the Early Police Department at (325) 646-5322.

To report a crime that has already occurred within the City limits of Early, call 325-646-5322 (nights and weekends this number will roll over to dispatch). An officer will be dispatched to your location to investigate. This should be only crimes that have already occurred and there is no danger. To report an emergency call 911 immediately A true emergency is any fire, injury or illness, which endangers a person’s safety, or a crime in progress. An emergency is life threatening and requires immediate response from police, fire or medical personnel. You would call 9-1-1 to; Save a life Put out a fire Stop a crime

You can come to the Police department during regular business hours (8a-5p Monday – Friday excluding holidays) and complete a records request form at the window. You may also download a open record form.

Crash reports may be obtained at the Early Police Department during business hours (8a-5p Monday – Friday excluding holidays). The cost is $6.00.

Local background check are the only background checks performed by the Early Police Department. You must present your current valid ID.

Enrollment in the Driver Safety Course is granted only at the judge's discretion. It is also available to non-CDL Texas licenses only. For more details, please contact the court clerk at (325) 646-5322.
